Full management services include rent collection, arranging building insurance, service charge administration and commissioning building works.
Our Clients have the benefit of a qualified and experienced management team working with the latest specialist software system providing integrated property management and financial accounting. We have fully trained accounts backup working under the professional regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We are also members of The National Landlords Association.
Our management department is backed by a commercial and residential property letting service and a professional valuation department for rent review or lease renewal advice.
Our standard management fees for residential and commercial property are 10% of rents collected plus VAT. We would be pleased to provide a quotation for your individual property management requirements.

Is a member of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme
For valid claims, the customers of scheme members will have access to Client Money Protection with the following claims limitations:
- an annual aggregate limit of up to £10,300,000, in addition to;
- an annual aggregate limit of £20,000,000 specifically ringfenced for the activities of a "letting agent" or a "property manager" as defined in the Housing and Planning Act, 2016; and,
- a claims limit of £50,000 per valid

As part of compliance we are obliged to provide our clients the procedures for handling client money which has been explained in further detail in the below attachment “Client Money Handling Edition 2019”. The edition contains rules and guidance on measures to take when receiving monies and securing them in their designated account(s).
